Since the state of emergency was declared in Victoria in March 2020, Working Heritage has negotiated rent relief for our lessees across the sixteen heritage properties in our care.

As a self-funded not-for-profit organisation, we have foregone crucial income to assist our tenants' survival through this unprecedented crisis. We are hopeful that Victoria’s collective effort to reduce infection rates will succeed and that recovery of community, cultural and business activity can soon commence.

We look forward to visiting all of our tenants again and to seeing their businesses recover and thrive.
